🚛 CrushRite Truck Contest – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The CrushRite Truck Contest is sponsored by CrushRite, located at:
5565 E Bijou St, Colorado Springs, CO 80916
(West side of the property — DO NOT go to the Chiddix Bros office)

2. Contest Period

The contest begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time on June 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on December 31, 2025.

3. Eligibility

Open to all legal CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) holders, age 18 or older, who are Colorado residents and actively delivering trash-free concrete and/or asphalt to CrushRite during the contest period.
Employees, contractors, or immediate household/family members of CrushRite are not eligible.

4. How to Participate

No entry form or purchase is necessary. Participation is automatic for all eligible drivers.
To qualify, participants must deliver trash-free concrete or asphalt to the west side of CrushRite’s property at 5565 E Bijou St, Colorado Springs between June 23 and December 31, 2025.
DO NOT go to the Chiddix Bros office.
Each qualified, clean load counts as one (1) contest entry.
A ticket will be issued by CrushRite for each qualifying load delivered, and those tickets are used to verify and count total deliveries.

Loads containing trash, debris, or non-conforming material will not qualify and will not receive a ticket.
Eligible truck types include: tandem, end dump, or side dump only.

5. Prize

• Grand Prize (1): $10,000 USD awarded to the eligible driver who delivers the most verified, qualifying loads by December 31, 2025.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000.

• Winner must complete an IRS Form W-9 to receive the prize. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued for tax reporting.

6. Verification & Winner Selection

• Loads will be verified using CrushRite-issued tickets — one ticket per qualifying load.

• In the event of a tie, the winner will be the driver who delivered their final qualifying load earliest.

• The winner will be notified by January 15, 2026 via phone, email, or in person.

7. Odds of Winning

This is a skill-based contest. Odds depend entirely on the number of qualifying loads each driver delivers.

8. Taxes & Reporting

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued by CrushRite for tax purposes.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants CrushRite the right to use their name, likeness, and photo in promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Disqualification

CrushRite may disqualify any participant who:

• Delivers non-qualifying or contaminated loads;

• Attempts to tamper with ticketing or verification;

• Violates CDL regulations or CrushRite policies.

11. Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CrushRite from any and all claims or liabilities arising from contest participation or prize acceptance.

12. Privacy

Participant data will be used solely for contest administration and will not be sold or shared.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

14. Governing Law

This contest is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

15. No Purchase Necessary

This is a skill-based contest. No purchase or fee is required to enter or win. Contest entries are based solely on the number of verified loads delivered and tracked by CrushRite.
